Active learning modules

Step-by-step instructions will guide your students through the structured lab activities included in our Active Learning Modules (ALMs). Direct integration with BodyViz software creates a virtual dissection experience that makes it easy for students to complete their assignments, while promoting interactive, collaborative learning experiences.

Hours of activities. Each lab activity will take students anywhere from 20-30 minutes.
Guided virtual dissection. Step-by-step instructions will walk your students through the virtual dissection activities and ensure your students are learning how to apply the information they've learned.
Systemically structured. Our comprehensive library of educational modules follows a systemically structured curriculum.
Custom curriculum mapping. We understand course needs vary, that’s why we offer customizable solutions that can be integrated in any manner requested!

Track and monitor student performance

Review and Assessment Modules

The Review Modules engage students with interactive, ungraded activities developed to strengthen their understanding of the course material. When students feel ready, they will then complete the quizzes in our Assessment Modules, which are automatically graded making it easy for instructors to track individual performance and progress.

Hours of quizzes. Each quiz will take students 15 minutes on average.
Prepare for licensure exams. The activities and questions test your students' anatomical knowledge, helping prepare them for license exams.
Easy access. Students can login to the Online Portal or LMS to complete their quizzes.
Automatic grading. The Online Portal (or your LMS) will record and track each students performance, making it easy for you to monitor grades.

Transforming your CTE courses

How will you use BodyViz?

Most commonly, our customers will start by implementing BodyViz into their curriculum using the 3 formats outlined below. However, our content team is here to help every step of the way to adapt a BodyViz solution to be successful in your learning environment.

In class. Present the learning objectives and course material to your students using the instructor version of our software. Depending on preference, this can be completed prior to class and incorporated into videos/PowerPoint slides, or performed live in front of the class using a projector.
In lab. Students will work independently or in small groups to complete the virtual dissection labs included in our Active Learning Modules. Each lab includes step-by-step instructions for students to complete and turn in the activity for grading.
At home. Assigned as homework, students will apply their knowledge from class and lab to complete the interactive quizzes in our Assessment Modules. As an additional study aid, we also provided ungraded review modules to help students prepare for exams.
